Vision: An Enterprise Center of Excellence (COE) will define Elevance Health enterprise change management methodology and standards, leading to more efficient and impactful change programs. Through governance structure and collaboration, we will formalize opportunities to leverage business change managers, centralize change management resource repositories across businesses, develop an enterprise change champion program for enhanced participation and bottom-up engagement, and allow Enterprise Change Management team to continue delivering comprehensive change management strategy and programming to our most critical enterprise initiatives.

Join us to share best practices, overcome challenges, and build a culture of change agility. • Communication Channels: Pulse Articles, Targeted Message Campaigns, Executive Townhall, Interactive Teams CoP Campaign, Explainer Video Phase 2: Engagement and Inclusion (May-June 2024) • Interactive Activities: Coffee Chat Events, Lunch & Learn Series, "Change Champion Sessions", Mentorship Program, "Change Ideation" • Recognition & Celebration: Quarterly "Changemaker Awards", Featured Success Stories, CoP Dedicated Member Space • Feedback & Iteration: Pulse Surveys, Focus Groups, Open Forum Phase 3: Sustainable Growth & Integration (July onwards) • Leadership Buy-in: Secure ongoing support through regular progress reports and showcasing benefits. • Metrics & Measurement: Track key KPIs like participation, change success rates, and associate engagement. • Program Integration: Align CoP activities with existing initiatives. • Adaptability & Innovation: Introduce new workshops, formats, and tools based on feedback and trends. • Champion Network: Establish network of CoP champions across departments to promote participation and act as local resource persons. Launch and Onboarding: • Kick-off event with members (October 2023) • Introductions, community benefits overview, expectations outlined, value of joining, detailed change overview for newer leads, mentorship opportunities Governance and Feedback: • Enterprise Change Lead oversees CoP, Enterprise Change Consultant manages resources • Open forums, surveys, focus groups to gather feedback and make adjustments Next Steps: • Pilot test the CoP with a smaller group. • Partner with change management experts or organizations. • Promote success stories and highlight business impact. • Regularly review and update the plan based on feedback and data.
