How does billing work?
Your subscription will begin when you complete payment. If you choose to pay yearly, you will be billed for the year. If you choose to pay monthly, you will be billed for the month. Subscriptions renew automatically, but can be cancelled at any time by clicking on your account page.
What's your cancellation policy?
If you decide you don’t wish to continue after the subscription period, visit your account page to cancel your subscription before your subscription ends. You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of the subscription period.
Can I get a receipt?
Yes. If you are an active subscriber, you can customize and download your receipt(s) from your account page by clicking the view billing history button. If you have cancelled your subscription and need a receipt, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
