It's great to include everybody, even those your clients might not interact with directly. This helps put names with faces (and also helps celebrate and elevate the behind-the-scenes people in your practice).

It's great to articulate your shared mission! It feels real after you've introduced everybody in an authentic, personal way.

Notice how I change the contact info depending on the context. If I'm introducing myself, I put my personal info. If I'm introducing my team, I make that the focus of communication.
