On August 28th, Elaine and I arrived at the BIP Summer Party simply looking forward to a lovely evening with friends… What we didn’t expect was the most incredible surprise — a heartfelt, unforgettable tribute!

Beautifully orchestrated by Penny Power and Thomas Power, over 60 wonderful BIP members came together to celebrate something very close to my heart — the creation of iMA.

This year marks 50 years since I first had the idea for iMA while working with the Dale Carnegie Training Organization in the U.S. And on this special afternoon, Elaine and I were showered with love, stories, and appreciation that left us both deeply moved and completely uplifted.

This Deck captures the magic of that day — the kindness, the connection, and the shared belief that iMA continues to unlock something powerful in all of us.
