“And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, God made alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross. He disarmed the rulers and authorities and put them to open shame, by triumphing over them in him.”
Colossians 2:13-15

“Then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we will always be with the Lord. Therefore encourage one another with these words.”
1 Thessalonians 4:17-18

“Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions, puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.”
Colossians 2:18-19

Because my Redeemer Lives:

  • I can have assurance that my past, present, and future sin is paid for.

Because my Redeemer Lives:

  • I can have live in the present as a person who has resurrection power, who has been brought from death to life, who is living as a son/daughter of the king and a representative of the kingdom.

Because my Redeemer Lives:

  • I can have hope and excitement about living forever with Jesus in a forever home.
