WHY GOVERNMENT ?
Without a stable government the 100 individuals would roam free not having any rules, laws, or guidelines to follow for living.

THINGS NEEDED

• Set up a system to vote for who will be the president/leader of the government
• Set up a small military group for protection
• Give individuals certain jobs that will help everyone in the group

RIGHTS
Each citizen will have their own rights just like everyone else. They will have the freedom of speech, religion, and can disagree with whatever decision made for the government or the group.

VOTING
The people will have the ability to not only vote for who will be leader, but also the decisions made for how the government will be towards everyone and what laws are made.

ELECTED OFFICIALS
The main elected official will be the leader and their term will last for 1 month so it constantly changes and gives others the chance to be leader.

ESTABLISHING LAWS
The group will know what's right and wrong and whether they decide to follow the rules or not that's their decision. The group will make laws and everyone will decide if it will be accepted or denied. The government/group has everyone's say into what laws are passed.

BREAKING A LAW
If someone is to break a law, the punishment will be varied by what law was broken. If a law is broken it will be brought to the attention of the entire group and decided on.

HANDLING OF PUNISHMENT

• Stealing: all possessions are taken and given to the victim
• FIghting: (fight at your own will)
• Murder: death will be given in return just as it was to the victim
• Gambling: make as much money as you can
• Suicide: we'll bury you

CAPITAL PUNISHMENT
If one individual is to murder the president then he to will be killed but by torture of whatever the group seems fit to be done.

CONSTITUTION
The constitution will be the foundation of the group and it can be amended if decisions are made to change laws made by the government.
