This is Zoey West. She is 11 years old.

She has been diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure.(CHF)

What are symptoms for CHF?

What is CHF?

CHF is when your heart pumps weaker than normal.

How does CHF affect the body?

Blood moves through the body at a slower rate.

The heart can't pump enough blood to meet the body's needs.

Congestive heart failure affects the respiratory and circulatory system.

CHF can't be cured but Zoey can take prescribed medicine which will help.

Heart transplant is also an option for her.

CHF is the number one cause of death for men and women in the USA.

Zoey's dream was to be backstage VIP at a concert.

We want to make her wish come true by taking her there.

There will be no need for special transportation.

The concert is located in NYC close to her home.

It's not required to travel with a doctor or nurse.

Zoey will need to take her medicine and extra just in case.

We hope Zoey has a great time there.
