  • 5th Year Seniors
  • 17-21 year old students who will age out
  • All seniors; some juniors who need CTAE and define career goals

  • Retention consistently 75-90% for past 5 years
  • We have tripled the number of youth we put to work each year.
  • Learn and Earn Model: 95% of students stay in school; 90% of students eligible to graduate complete a HS diploma
