  • Write your three words on three separate Post-it notes.

TASK

  • You should now read through the example CV.
  • All you need to do is read this through and think what you would put in your own.

MAKING YOUR OWN

  • You will now create your own CV.
  • Use the example I have given you to plan and create your own. Don't fret about fonts. Edit afterwards.

GAINING A REFERENCE

  • Look at the form now being given out.
  • This is a real life reference request form from an employer.
  • What do you think people would say about you?

CHECKLIST

  • Do you have a finished CV?
  • Does it sparkle? Does it look professional and suitable for the workplace?
  • Have you checked it for spelling mistakes and grammar errors?

HOMEWORK

  • Please make sure that you have finished your CV for next week.
  • Save the file as: yourname_cv.doc
