Note a time in your life that was funny-it could involve your family or friends. Maybe you have a few examples. Jot down a phrase for each.

Think of a time that was really joyful or happy. Maybe you can think of two or three times. What were they? What happened? Write a few phrases.

Now think of a time that felt peaceful-when you felt totally settled, calm, and at peace. You weren't worried about anything; you felt all was right with the world. When was it? Who was there? Write a few phrases.
