BUSINESS STRUCTURE

• Our business will be named "shoeniverse" and we will produce and make shoes only.
• We will have a president of the company and a Vice President of the company. The president will have the final say and power over the Vice President and everybody in the company. I will keep track of all the financial decision while Devin makes all the marketing decisions.
• We will be organized by a democracy.

PRODUCT/MATERIAL

• You will need lacing to tie the shoe to a comfortable fit and air breathing mesh for the soles to make sure the shoe is as high quality as it gets! We will make running shoes of all kinds.
• We will have factory's that produce the shoes and have outlets that sell them.

SELLS/MARKET

• We will pay the top TV networks ex.Fox and ESPN to advertise our shoes!! And our designs! We will combine with other companies to sponsor with us.

• You can promise you're getting a deal with our shoes. We will guarantee a 1 year satisfaction with our product. Our company will test the shoes we make by letting people try out our shoes before the actual real ease date.
