Working Windmill

Can you build a working windmill that can harness the most energy? (rotates the fastest)

Materials

• straws
• craft sticks
• variety of paper types
• scissors, tape
• paper clips (large or small)
• index cards
• plastic cups
• box fan (me, myself and I providing)

Challenge Rules

• Can only use the provided materials
• Windmill must be constructed on a flat surface
• Windmill must have the fastest rotation
• It must be free-standing (it can not be leaned against anything or held)
