The Waterbending Scroll
Determined to surpass Aang in waterbending Katara steals a waterbending scroll from pirates. Zuko makes a deal with the pirates, in exchange for Katara they would capture Aang for him.
After Zuko captures Katara and hands her over he tells her that he can save her from the pirates. Also he gives her, her necklace back or something like that.
Cave of Two Lovers
In this episode the "Gaang" gets trapped in the cave of two lovers. Incidentally this leads to them meeting Uncle Iroh and Zuko there. Many minutes and cave songs later Katara gets cut off by the caves and she gets stuck with Zuko.
Katara offers to heal him, giving him a gentle touch on his scar. Just before she does they are interrupted by the "Gaang" and Uncle Iroh.
The Southern Raiders Episode
In this episode (a personal favorite of mine) Katara enlists the help of Zuko to get revenge on the man who killed her mother. They share a moment (touched my heart) and she decides to not kill the man.
After that they hug and just when you think,"Oh maybe they'll kiss." They don't and all your hopes and dreams of happiness are crush.
Into the Inferno
In this episode Zuko and Azula have a final Agni Kai. As a result Zuko is hurt and Katara (being the natural bad a** she is) must finish the battle for him.
After the fight Katara goes back to heal Zuko. And you think oh this is it they're gonna kiss but once again all your dreams are crushed and they only share a hug
