Partnering with In3Finance we find developing markets with high electricity rates and construct PPA (Power Purchase Agreements) based on FITs (Feed in Tariffs) in those countries. The team and financing is in place. Whole Com will add some of its staff and build larger teams of developers to work in the finance and contracting phase
