  • Resist peer pressure by saying NO.
  • Try out for a new team.
  • Treat failures as an opportunity.
  • Ask for help when you don't understand something.
  • Making a new friend.

from the COURAGE ZONE.

Write a 5 paragraph essay

  • Focus on 3 items from the courage zone.
  • Brainstorm your zones by exploring questions.
  • Use a statistic, question, anecdote, or quote to begin your essay.
  • Summarize the essay, and leave a cliffhanger question for the audience. 
  • Help your reader to visualize making these brave changes in your life.
