RELAVANCY

  • There is RELAVANCY in things we think are irrelevant
  • We have to be able to see through the irrelevant to see what's in it for us
  • The process of going to class itself builds intellectual muscle

BOREDOM

  • A common road block to sucess
  • You must identify what it is and work on it to get rid of it
  • Boredom is determined by how you see something
  • When you are bored you are putting out more energy

PROCRASTINATION

  • Putting off something that is unpleasant
  • With it comes guilt worry and more
  • Motivate yourself to do it so you can rest later
  • Once this goes down motivation goes up
