  • Recognizing a diverse classroom has made educators realize that each student is an individual
  • Exposure, experience and the right support gained greater appreciation for full inclusion in the general education classroom

How does inclusion fail?

  • Teachers are unprepared without proper support
  • Lack of resources for special education needs
  • Defying law by not providing special education for the student with a disability
  • Confusion of the definition of "full inclusion" and "special education" within an institution
