WHAT IS THE DEFINITION OF HEALTH

My definition of health: the well being of your body and mind.
The books definition: the well being of your body mind and your relationship with other people.
The definition of health from Wikipedia.org is: Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism.

SECTION 2

HOW DO YOU EAT HEALTHY

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO EAT HEALTHY

  • Your eating the portion of food
  • NO or limited junk food
  • Eat fruit and vegetables
  • Drink water NO POP

I eat used to eat junk food every day but now I eat pretty healthy with small portions of desert (if I have it)

WHAT DO I EAT

  • I eat ALOT of fruit.
  • And vegetables
  • I eat protein mostly chicken
  • I eat jimmy johns on the road
  • And fish during lent

DO YOU EXERCISE

WHY IS EXERCISE IMPORTANT PART OF HEALTH

  • Your body needs to be healthy
  • For some people it is a stress reliever
  • If you are not fit you can be depressed

DO YOU EXERCISE

YES I DO BECAUSE I PLAY ALOT OF SPORTS AND I HAVE 5 BROTHERS

I have a friend that does not exercise but I do I would show her a picture of what she might look like if she doesn't exercise and then give some ways to exercise that she might wanna do.
