EXAMPLE: NEGOTIATING
You and the person at a car dealership bargaining over the car price.
You find a price that's negotiable.
The car dealer gets payed and you have a car!

CREATIVE RESPONSE APPROACH
Turns problems into possibilities.
Consciously choosing to see what can be done.
You can take a conflict and turn it into a possibility.

EXAMPLE: FAILING A TEST
You failed a test, and your teacher does a review over the test.
Instead of being upset you are happy because the teacher lets you make it up.

Hate-related words- disrespectful words dealing with race, religion or gender.
Scapegoating- blaming something on a certain group.
