There were some additives that didn't harm the human body.
They can be add to certain foods to save time.
That was how Jell-O pudding was made. Pyrophosphate and orthophosphate was added to the powder then mixed in milk. It took five minutes to make pudding.
I did get confused on who was saying what in the book. I would have to read it a few times to know who was talking.
When I first started reading , there were like blue icons (* and a few others) throughout the book. I didn't know what they were until I would see the same icon later on in the book. It was extra information on that topic. I wish it was just all in one area.
