Flowing water
Flowing water can cause erosion which is river. And as river goes through it reaches the sea and that's where sediments settles and deposition happens.

Glacial
Glacial don't move often but as it moves it picks up the sediment and carry them. And deposition happens when they melt which hardly it's never or when it reaches the bottom

Waves
Waves can hit the big rock and break into smaller pieces and then carry it to the shore and settles there.
