MODIFIED SCHULDED REFORM

MANDATE ONE

• BVRC shall hold all member meetings from September through May as stated in Article IV Section 1 of the BVRC bylaws.

MANDATE TWO

• There will be a mandatory meeting on a biweekly basis At the Mandatory meeting the head Activities Coordinator (?) will have a form open were members will state whether or not they can attend the non mandatory off week meeting.
• Each family must vote as a unit

MANDATE THREE

• There will be a mandatory meeting on a biweekly basis At the Mandatory meeting the head Activities Coordinator (?) will have a form open were members will state whether or not they can attend the non mandatory off week meeting. Each family must vote as a unit
• At least 3 families are required to affirm that they will attend the non mandatory meeting on the previously mentioned form or the non mandatory meeting will be cancelled.
• This meeting will occur from 2-5 with the ELT meeting from 1:30-2
• Lectures and other curricular teachings will not be scheduled on the non mandatory meetings.
• Before the non mandatory meeting there will be a scheduled core ELT meeting 30 minutes before the meeting
• After the non mandatory meeting there will be a optional scheduled BVRC hangout
