EVAPORATION
Evaporation is a type of vaporization that occurs from turning a liquid into a gaseous phase that is not saturated with evaporating substance.

TRANSPIRATION
Transpiration is the moisture that is carried through the plant where it changes the vapor and then released. It is also evaporation water from plant leaves. Thats why some plant leaves look wet

CONDENSATION
Condensation is the change of water from its gaseous form which is water vapor. It generally
occurs when warm air rises. Excess water vapor condenses to form cloud droplets.

PRECIPITATION
Precipitation is the primary mechanism for transporting water from the atmosphere to the earth. The most common precipitation is rain.

RUN-OFF
A run-off is the movement of land water to other water sources. The smallest streams are connected to larger rivers. The land water goes into oceans worldwide.

COLLECTION
Collection is when the rain, snow, sleet, or hail falls into oceans or other water sources. That rain, snow, sleet, or hail will soak up into the ground and collect as underground water.

WHY IS THE WATER CYCLE IMPORTANT?
The water cycle is important because the plant need water to survive. Also we would have droughts is there wasn't any precipitation. If we didn't have evaporation we would have a flood from the water not drying up.
