Water Balloon Fight Prep

We will spend $39 on 500 water balloons from Party Galaxy
I need 3-5 people that are available from 10AM-2PM to help fill balloons
We will use outdoor Spigots to fill up the balloons
The balloons will be stored in heavy duty trash bags
The trash bags can be stored in the Great Hall closet on a tarp (just in case of leakage) until they are needed

I need volunteers to carry the water balloons outside before the ceremony
After the ceremony, the speaker will announce the water balloon fight
The trash bags full of water balloons will be set up on the quad
Let them throw water balloons at each other for awhile
After there are no more water balloons, we will use the trash bags to pick up the debris
NOTE: The only money that we will spend on the water balloon fight will be the $39 on balloons. The trash bags and tarp I can supply.
