Early life
Walt Disney was born on December 5th 1901.
Walt Disney loved drawing at a very young age he would draw on his family's barn.
He had 4 other siblings

Disney started his career when one of his brothers hired him to make commercials.

At first things did not go so well for disney he went bankrupt with his first studio
But stuff started to change for disney. He had oswald the lucky rabbit for universal but he lost the rights to his character so on a train home he thought of a mouse character that he and his friend ub iwerks would make and mickey mouse was born.

Later life
In 1937 he made his first full length film snow white. It was a huge box office success at $184.9 million dollars.

After that he made more and more box office success and opened Disneyland in 1955.

While working on Disney world doctors found out that Walt had lung cancer from smoking so the had to remove a lung but the found out that Walt's other lung had it as well they told his family that he would only have a few years left right before Disney world open Walt died in 1966 because of lung cancer. He was 65 years old.
