AOL Volunteer Opportunity

Volunteer to help teach a yoga and mediation course for 7-10 year olds

What can you do?

•  teach yoga/meditation
• read an inspiring story or do an activity
• teach a lesson on compassion, kindness, or leadership
• teach a dance class
• create art or play a game with the kids

What else can you do?

• No time off work and still want to help?
• Donate a non-perishable healthy snack.
• E.g. granola bars, juice boxes, crackers...

When

• March 30- April 3
• Morning class 8:00am-11:30
• Afternoon class 11:30-3:00pm
