How much student class time with regular teachers is being lost? Which schools have had the most subs due to training?
Is training evenly spread over the calendar year?
Is training pulling teachers away from the classroom at key points in the year?
Does the investment yield tangible payoffs?
What do we have to measure return on investment today?
It's too early to measure impact on student learning outcomes. We haven't come across data measuring learning or the application of knowledge.
That leaves us with participants' reactions to training and there appears to be an effort to measure initial satisfaction with the experience.
