COLLECTIVE LEARNING WEEK

THE PURPOSE

• Gain knowledge on various topics from experts in their field.
• Range of topics to be discussed based on relevance & interests.
• Several sessions everyday, some for all and some for specific groups.
• Increased interaction

WHERE AND WHEN?

• It will commence from the 13th of May to the 18th of May.
• A committed space will have to allocated to accommodate everyone. (Meeting rooms)
• Different topics will be addressed everyday.

IMPLEMENTATION TIPS

• Brainstorm within teams to pick the most suitable topics or conduct voting sessions. Pick the most relevant ones.
• Once topics are selected, department heads can hand out sign up sheets and all those who are interested can attend.
• All sign up sheets have to handed to the training manager everyday.
• Ensure all team members undergo learning experiences during this week.
