A VEGAN PERSON, IS SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T EAT MEAT, FISH, OILS OR DAIRY PRODUCTS. IT'S PRETTY DIFFERENT FROM A 'VEGETARIAN'. THE VEGAN DIET IS MORE RESTRICTIVE. IT'S JUST BASED ON VEGETABLES, PASTA, RICE AND FRUITS. ANY FOOD OR DISH THAT CONTAINS ANIMAL ORIGIN IS NOT ALLOWED.
