KEEP EARLY HOURS

GET UP EARLY

Air is fresh in the early morning,but not in our bedroom, then it's time for us to go outside. There is inexhaustible fresh air for us outside our houses
With enough fresh air, we will be as fresh as paint
As time passes, this will be good for our health

There are not too many vehicles on the road in the early morning, so there isn't going to be too much noise or harmful gas like Carbon monoxide and sulfur dioxide.These are good for our auditory sense and nervous system.
Description: once a car burns one kilogram gas, there will be 10 cubic meters harmful gas. In the case of Carbo monoxide, let's say there is 1 CO at 7-8am, there is only 25%-40% of CO at 6am, and 10 times at 8-9am.

Keep a cool head

U will have a cool head if u wake up early & naturally
U will be full of energy, and your bones and muscles will be more coordinating. It's time for u to do some exercises, and try to remember something that not easy for u to remember at other time, it will be easy for u.
Try to read books in the morning, u will be smart and erudite;try to do some morning exercises, u will be healthy and longevity

Increase appetite

Get up early will increase ur appetite, and promote gastrointestinal motor function

The experiment proved that a man's appetite will be the strongest an hour after u wake up. So enjoy ur breakfast at that time, it will give u more than enough energy for half of ur day.
If u wake up late, u may eat breakfast in a hurry, u may not have the will to eat, and u just eat a little, that can't offer u enough energy for the morning.

PLAN UR DAY

Waking up early lets u have enough time to plan for ur day. Make ur day in an ordered way,and keep ur mentality good.
On the contrary, if u wake up late, u will not be able to have a systematical day. U often lose stuff, be nervous when u work or study, these are not healthy.

KEEP EARLY HOURS=HEALTHY?

Japan's health ministry had confirmed that people who keep early hours have less mental pressure than those people who often stay up late.

SLEEP CAN'T BE MADE UP

Keep early hours means we go to bed at around 10, because after 11, organs In our body start to repair and detox. For example liver detoxes at11pm. So if u always stay up, ur liver will be easily having some problems. See those people who got cancers at around 40and died? Most of them are those who didn't have good living habits when they were young.
Let's say something about getting up early, our bodies have fixed physiological cycle, like brains, they will start to work at a fixed time after a night's rest. If u force ur brain to be in a dormant state, which means u don't want to wake up if u are awake, then u will find yourself sleepier.
