MY FITNESS PLAN

MY GOALS

  • Be able to run at least 2 miles with no stop
  • Work on my endurance so i don't get tired so quickly
  • Fix up my no sleep problem

HOW?

  • I will work on my breathing while i jog
  • 5 days a week i will jog a certain distance increasing intensity over time
  • Do lots of stretching so i don't get all sore and want to give up
  • Get at least 9 hours of sleep every night so i can feel refreshed the next day

WHAT THE WORK OUT IS

  • Ill start with stretching for 5-10 minutes before every workout
  • Do breathing exercises like breathing in through my nose out my mouth
  • First workout: 1 jog a half mile 2 walk a mile 3 push my self and try to sprint the last half mile
  • Second workout: 1 jog a mile 2 walk a half mile 3 again spring the last half mile
  • Third workout: 1 jog a mile and a half 2 walk a half mile 3 then jog as far as i can no stop

FINAL WORKOUT

  • Finally jog the entire to miles with no stop
  • Afterwards just do a cool down jog back to the start
  • Continue to jog 2 miles with no stop at least every other day
