• En el curso del desarrollo histórico de la humanidad, la conciencia humana también se desarrolló gradualmente. La fuente de su desarrollo es la necesidad de la persona de cooperar, comunicarse e interactuar con otras personas.

CONSCIOUSNESS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

• In the course of the historical development of humanity, human consciousness also gradually developed. The source of its development is the person's need to cooperate, communicate and interact with other people.

STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT OF CONSCIOUSNESS

El problema fácil y difícil de la conciencia

básicamente la conciencia se podría explicar como el entendimiento o conocimiento que un ser vivo tiene de sí mismo (de su propia existencia) y de su capacidad para actuar sobre su entorno. Es lo que sentimos al tener contacto con nuestra realidad, y está nutrida por nuestro sistema de creencias adquirido en la cultura que nos ha tocado vivir.

The easy and difficult problem of consciousness

Basically, consciousness could be explained as the understanding or knowledge that a living being has of itself (of its own existence) and of its ability to act on its environment. It is what we feel when we have contact with our reality, and it is nourished by our belief system acquired in the culture in which we have had to live.

El continuo de la conciencia
La conciencia anida dentro de un continuum entre inconsciencia y diversos niveles de conciencia, dependiendo del grado de inactividad o actividad neuronal del cerebro (el coma constituye el nivel mínimo, la pérdida total de conciencia). El estado de vigilia equivale a la conciencia misma (la autoconciencia), en contraposición al estado fisiológico del sueño

The Consciousness Continuum

Consciousness nests within a continuum between unconsciousness and various levels of consciousness, depending on the degree of inactivity or neuronal activity in the brain (coma is the minimum level, total loss of consciousness). The waking state is equivalent to consciousness itself (self-consciousness), as opposed to the physiological state of sleep.
