• Is where TJ spent most of his life with his dad his mom and a gang called the hill side vipers
• In that naborhoodd TJ WAS A bully he did not like no one But was good at school

SOUTHSIDE

• After TJS dad died he moved to a foster home untelll TJ's mom got out off rehab and got clean
• On the southside it is good TJS life changes there for the first time he feels safe and happy

HILL SIDE VIPERS

• TJ joins a gang called the hill side vipers
• They sold drugs and got high and drunk at there hangout
• They beat people up to grow there chain tattoo that was on there arms

THE BOOK

• In the book all he wanted is to feel safe and be happy on the northside he dident with all the gangs and his family he felt bad
• But on the south side he feel safe with miss dixie and the foster kids he feels like his life changes for the better

MY FEELINGS ABOUT THE BOOK

• I would like other kids to read this book
• Because it is realistic and it shows how he is chained and trying to get unchained to things
• How he changes his mind to to not stay in the northside

• Because before tj left to go back home when his mom got clean him and annabelle were kissing and she said she cant see her self without him
