UBC Vancouver Student- Registered in the Faculty of Arts
Good academic standing - No GPA Requirements
First-year English requirements completed
No fees to be in the program: No UBC credit. Voluntary Program
International students: study permit includes off-campus work permit

8-12 hours per week | 4-8 months in duration
Winter Session - January to April (or longer)
Summer Session - May to August (or longer)
Organizations are non-profits, social services, arts organizations
No fees. No GPA Requirements. No credit.

Apply to the Arts Internship Program - Deadline October 15
Attend Interview process - October 23 & 24
Attend Program Orientation - November 5, 6, 12 & 14
Gain access to apply to specific internships through Careers Online
Organizations contact and select students that fit their needs
