Here are 12 common types
of flex work:

1. compressed work

Full time hours in fewer days

2. Flexplace/telecommuting

Working away from the office (at home, etc.)

3. job sharing

Two people work part-time and share the responsibilities of a full-time job

4. Part-time

Working fewer than 40 hours per week

5. Flex/ alternative work

The most requested, easiest to manage and most affordable option...

6. ROWE (RESULT ORIENTED WORK ENVIRONMENT)

Hours aren't counted as long as employees are productive and perform

7. voluntary reduced time (v-time)

Employees voluntarily reduce hours of work with reduced salary

8. Expanded leave

Time away from work, while remaining employed (paid or unpaid)
