• This is a mutation

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS

• Large fluid connection on neck
• Non functional ovaries
• Swelling of hands and feet
• High blood pressure
• Kidney problems

AFFECTS

• Only affects females
• Becuase they have 2 X chromosomes
• Expected to live full life span

TREATMENTS

• It's diagnosed not normal growth rates at spurts
• Before birth test = ultrasound
• To treat if given hormone in early childhood can increase adult hight
• Treatments for future- Trying to find out what cause this syndrome
