  • If your at the beach and an earthquake happens get to high ground.
  • If your at the beach and a huge wave is coming your way run to high ground.
  • The lingering danger that yet another killer tsunami could strike at any moment with very little warning.

HOW TSUNAMIS FORM

  • A tsunami is made up of a series of waves in a body of water.
  • The first wave is usually not the biggest or strongest, and later waves such as the fifth or sixth may be significantly larger.l
  • As it gets near the last line and moves into shallow water tsunamis usually slow down but the wave height can grow to 100ft
