Traveling is like becoming your own vigilante. It's fighting the good fight. You are actively fighting against discrimination by expanding your horizons. The more you experience, the more tolerable you become.

When exposed to different cultures, you open yourself up to "super powers". You will learn cultural competence and will less likely feel uncomfortable in a culturally different environment.
