TREATY OF GUADALUPE HIDALGO
Ended the dispute between the United states and Mexico.
The peace treaty was signed at Guadalupe Hidago. Giving it the name of " Treaty of Guadalupe hidalgo".
The treaty ended Mexican and American war.
Mexico gave up New Mexico and California territories to the United States.
Becouse of the fall of Mexico City and the defeat of his army.Mexico surnder to the United States. In September 1846. This led to the treaty of Guadalupe Hidago.
