Hello! I am Tracy Quaill, a second grade teacher at Allegheny-Clarion Valley Elementary School.

I spent 12 years teaching kindergarten, 15 years in third grade, and just finished my first year in second grade.

This is our back patio and my favorite place to hang out on summer days. I was born in Emlenton, and have lived here most of my life.

Tim and I met on Virginia Beach and were married a year later.

Katie, our oldest, lives in San Mateo, CA with her husband, Dustin. She has a degree in Justice and Forensics and her teaching certificate for yoga. Right now, she teaches yoga and works part time at Trader Joe's.

Emily, our middle daughter, is a registered nurse, and she works at UPMC Hamot in Erie, PA in the EP Lab.

Shannon just graduated last month from Penn State with a degree in Software Engineering. She will start a new job next week with Naval Nuclear Laboratories in Pittsburgh.

Dustin and Katie have been married for 4 years. Dustin's master's degree is in Information Systems. I don't really understand what he does. They have no children, except for Deacon.

Maddie is our walking partner and never far from our sides.

My hobbies change through the year with the weather, but these are some of my favorites.

Tim and I spent a couple weeks last summer hiking over 70 miles in the Utah National Parks.

A good book, a snack, and a sleeping puppy. This is a great way to spend a summer day!

I have created many albums and have many pictures waiting to go into new albums.

I run, very slowly, but I run. I have run a full marathon, a 20 mile race, and probably 7 or 8 half marathons. This was the Pittsburgh Half Marathon that I ran a couple years ago with 2 of my daughters. It was their first.

I think Haiku Deck would be very good for short slide shows. It does have several background and layout choices. However, in scrapbooking, I am used to having more control over my pages. Unless I am wrong, the only font colors are black and white, you cannot choose font sizes, and you cannot create your own layout. Also, the only way to put more than one picture on a page would be to create a collage of pictures in another app and then insert it here as one picture. It is nice, but limited.
