  • cold wind and warm wind are blowing
  • the cold and warm wind mix
  • causing an up draft
  • which starts to turn
  • and slowly falls to the ground

  • water tornado called spouts
  • formed in a vortex
  • when thunder storm is over the water
  • it picks up water and anything else
  • and spins the water in the tornado constantly
  • untill it hits land or deforms

  • then cause a real tornado and turns into

  • its formed when 2 different up drafts are created
  • they can take control of weather from up to 32 kilometer away
  • which is 20 miles
  • there are two types of super cell tornado's LP and Hp
  • low percipitation they form in high plains high percipitayion form in moist areas

  • if you hear a siren make sure if it a test or not
  • keep televison off
  • do not play and electronics
  • keep off phone!

what to do when in a car

  • don't get close or try to get away from a tornado
  • if a tornado is close get to the nearest shelter
  • if you are a great distance away from the tornado then you can drive away

  • so strong if you get picked up can throw you up to 100 to 200 miles away
  • how far it can carry you is up to 85 fee
  • then it will throw you,keep going, or deform

good out comes of a tornado

  • IF you look up in science books of tornados there are some intresting fact
  • think of it like this
  • the earth has a lot of energy it needs to get rid of
  • so when a tornado is formed the earth creats that and get rid of it energy through the tornado
  • if there was no tornados then the earth could get rid of it energy another way
  • like a thunder storm destroying a state or if it builds up so much it could wipe out a country if the tornado does not get rid of its mas production of its energy
