BOREDOM

• When you become bored in the class you will easily be distracted
• If you feel yourself becoming bored try and find a quite place to refocus

PROCRASTINATION

• Create a to-do list so you have a list of what needs to get done
• Be in a space that wont distract you from getting things done

LISTENING

• When you are trying to process something make sure that you are also trying to analyze, memorize, and synthesize at the same time
• Processing is highly concentrated listening

RELEVANCY

• When trying to ask a question in class make sure it is about the correct topic
• If you are having conversations in class make sure it is revenant to the topic being taught
