WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

  • As a PLC and PBIS school we have a focus on results. We care about student learning.
  • Our students spend a big portion of their instructional time with grade level material, we need to measure OUR effectiveness.

PRE AND POST UNIT PLAN ASSESSMENT

  • Work with your colleagues to develop an assessment of your measureable outcomes
  • The assessment can take whatever form is most appropriate for your students
  • The assessment should be given at the beginning of the Q 1
  • And again at the end of Q 1

PRE AND POST

  • A copy of the assessment should be turned in with your unit plans - Due Sept. 2ndThe pretest should be given with in the first three weeks of school.
  • The results should be recorded in the spreadsheet saved in your classroom's Classroom Info Folder
