GRAYNED WON!
The Supreme Court decided in his favor because he was not making noise while protesting. The cops were making noise while the protest was going on. There was witnesses and even the kids in class we're saying the cops were yelling threw blow horns.
Dissenter Responses
Justice William O. Douglas was questioning whether or not the police really were the ones making noise, he also was questioning that even If they weren't making noise how the " peaceful pretest " was still an interruption on school grounds.
My Opinion
I agree, I feel like he was right to win this case. He wasn't making noise the police were. Grayned and the other 40+ people were protesting quietly and for a good cause. The school discriminated against the daughter of Grayned. I honestly feel like the protesters shouldn't have went thru all of this.
