Being judgemental can include jumping to conclusions,over-reacting, interrupting or finishing people's sentences, agreeing or disagreeing.

This level relates to those times when you are distracted by something in your environment
Some examples are some noises you hear, observing what someone else is doing or a bee that just flew in the window.
The average person is distracted 2w minutes out of every 60 minutes
