• Sed up hand wash stations around the fair
• Don't put the food stands next to the animals
• Change water in duck pond

• Raw foods
• Unpasteurized milk
• Infected animal stool
• Contaminated water

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF E. COLI

• Abdominal cramping
• Fever
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
