QUESTION

HIS WIFE COMPLAINS ABOUT HOW OFTEN HE REPEATS TIES. HE OWNS 10 TIES AND GOES TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEKS FOR 10 WEEKS. Does HIS WIFE HAVE A REASON TO COMPLAIN?

Before Data Collection

  • Run the generator 10 times
  • With a row of five numbers, #1-10
  • If there is 2 of the same number in that set, it counts as a repeat
  • If there is 3-5 of the same numbers, it counts as more than one repeat
  • Make a data table and record your answers

What The Numbers Mean:

  • 10 times=10 different weeks
  • #1-10=10 different ties
  • 5 #'s= only 5 work days
