• Many people throughout the world don't have this because there is,
• nothing to produce energy.

What is a wind turbine?

• A wind turbine is a very tall, large, fan like machine.
• It uses the wind to create energy.
• The wind pushes the fans and the fans turn a turbine
• The turbine then creates energy that can be changed
• Into heat, light, or to work a machine.

How can it be used?

• A wind turbine can be used for many things
• May it be for a house to power the lights
• Or to heat a barn full of animals
• It can also be used to power a car or
• Tractor.

How is it being used?

• Well I said it in the last slide
• It is used for houses, cars,
• And heating things.

Positive!

• It is a unlimited source of energy
• Because the wind doesn't run out

Negative

• The turbines are very loud
• So they make a lot of noise
• When the turn
• They are also very expensive
