THE SUMERIAN developed a social order

• They each developed special social order
• They each had to do it there self
• The village chose their leaders
• They chose there leaders

THE SUMERIANS BELIEVED THAT THE GODS WERE LIKE PEOPLE

• Because of what they did
• The Gods were also acted like people
• They also had to sleep,eat,and drink
• All they did is acted like people

THEY EACH HAD ACTIVE ROLES

• The upper class were like rulers
• The middle class were like famers
• The lowest class were slaves
• These were all the active roles

THE SOCIAL ORDER

• They supported both religious beliefs
• People looked to gods for answers
• They had had belief the gods were an active role in their life
• What ever they did they needed to make them happy

• They represented nature
• They represented a plow
• They were happy with the offerings
• So they gave the Sumerians great fortune for what they did

GODS AND PRIEST

• The priest know how to commentate with them
• The Sumerians that they were very powerful people
• They also know what the gods wanted
• The priest need to what exalctly what they need

THE PRIESTS

• Thy ruled the temples where the gods lived
• The largest Ziggurats
• (A temple of the sumerian origin were tall as seven stories high)
• To keep track the priest makes wet clay
• They drew different pictures

DEVELOPED A WRITING

• The priest were successful with the writing
• They could record more numbers of objects
• The priest set up the school for the writing system
