Lever
A lever is a thing people use to gain mechanical advantage, such as making work easier. Two examples of a lever is a ranch and clippers

Pulley
A pulley is a wheel with a grooved rim and a rope or cable that rides in the grove. Two examples of a pulley is pulling a flag up the flag pole and a blinds.

Wedge
A wedge has a thick end and a thin end and can be used to cut,split or pierce objects. Two examples of a wedge is scissors and a axe.

Inclined Plane
A sloping surface that makes lifting heavy objects easier. Two examples of a inclined planes is a handicapped ramp and a staircase.

Screw
A screw is a inclined plane wrapped around a cylinder or come to form a spiral. Two examples of a screw is a bolt and a bottle cap.

Wheel and axle
A wheel and axle turn together acting like a rotating collection of levers. Two examples of a wheel and axle is a doorknob and a screwdriver.
